We ship to all addresses across Australia via REGISTER Australia Post. We also ship orders overseas at no charge.

Please note: Due to high demand and to maintain our the lowest prices, we do not hold a lot products in stock. Orders can take up to 14-30 days to deliver as it’s subject to manufacturers availability. I’m sure you would agree that waiting a few weeks to save thousands of dollars is a small price to pay and we appreciate your patience.

1. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. Orders will only be processed and shipped once the payment has been successfully completed. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, but due to the nature of hearing aids and accessories, we do not offer refunds or returns for incorrect purchases, change of mind, or product selection errors. Please review the product description and specifications carefully before purchasing, and contact us if you need assistance choosing the right product.

3. Conditions for Accepting Returns
You may return your hearing aids within 30 days of payment if:
The product you received differs from what was advertised or described on our website.
We shipped you the wrong product or an incorrect model.
The product was faulty at the time of setup by the audiologist.
In these cases, we will offer you:
A replacement of the same model, or
An exchange for a different model of your choice, subject to availability.

4. Return Requirements
All hearing aids must be returned in as-new, undamaged, and resalable condition.
The original packaging, accessories, and any included documentation must be intact.
A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

5. Return Shipping Costs
All shipping costs associated with returns are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to avoid any issues with lost or damaged returns.

6. Refunds and PayPal Fees
Refunds are only issued if the product you received meets the conditions outlined above.
If a refund is granted due to an eligible issue (e.g., wrong product shipped), any applicable PayPal refund fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
