Refurbished Hearing Devices – Important Information
Our refurbished hearing devices offer a cost-effective way to access premium hearing technology.
These devices are pre-owned (second-hand) and have either been donated or traded in by previous clients. Once received, all devices are returned to the manufacturer where they undergo a full refurbishment process, including replacement of all internal and external components.
Each set includes:
• 2 × refurbished hearing aids – Charger if Required
• 2 × new receivers
• A selection of domes (based on your needs)
• 12-month manufacturer’s warranty
Purchase Options:
Option 1 – Devices Only (Supply Only)
You can purchase the hearing aids as a standalone product.
• No programming or fitting is included
• We strongly recommend that you see a qualified hearing care professional to have the devices programmed to your audiogram and individual hearing needs
Option 2 – Pre-Configured
If you provide a current audiogram, we can pre-program the devices for you.
• Initial programming based on your audiogram
• Includes 2 in house appointments for adjustments
• No ongoing clinical services included

A motion sensor in Phonak Paradise offers you an effortless way to do all that and more. The built-in microphone allows you true hands-free calls and voice assistant activation. Connects to Smartphones, TV and More Phonak Paradise connects directly to iOS, Android or other Bluetooth-enabled devices to stream audio in excellent quality directly to the Paradise hearing aids. Plus, as an added convenience, users can simultaneously connect to two Bluetooth devices and seamlessly alternate between the two.
