Our refurbished hearing devices offer a cost-effective way to access premium hearing technology.
These devices are pre-owned (second-hand) and have either been donated or traded in by previous clients. Once received, all devices are returned to the manufacturer where they undergo a full refurbishment process, including replacement of all internal and external components.
Each set includes:
• 2 × refurbished hearing aids – Charger if Required
• 2 × new receivers
• A selection of domes (based on your needs)
• 12-month manufacturer’s warranty
Purchase Options:
Option 1 – Devices Only (Supply Only)
You can purchase the hearing aids as a standalone product.
• No programming or fitting is included
• We strongly recommend that you see a qualified hearing care professional to have the devices programmed to your audiogram and individual hearing needs
Option 2 – Pre-Configured
If you provide a current audiogram, we can pre-program the devices for you.

The Phonak Audeo Marvel hearing aids were a breakthrough in hearing technology, combining exceptional sound quality with universal connectivity and user-friendly features. Designed as a receiver-in-canal (RIC) solution, the Marvel platform delivered a clear, rich listening experience from the very first fit, making it a popular choice for individuals with mild to severe hearing loss.
At the core of the Marvel technology is AutoSense OS 3.0, an intelligent operating system that automatically adapts to different listening environments. Whether in quiet settings or challenging noisy situations, the device seamlessly adjusts to optimise speech understanding while reducing listening effort.
A standout feature of the Audeo Marvel is its universal Bluetooth connectivity, allowing direct streaming from iOS and Android devices, as well as other Bluetooth-enabled electronics. Marvel hearing aid users can enjoy hands-free phone calls, music and TV audio streamed in true stereo sound to both ears.
The Marvel platform also introduced Binaural VoiceStream Technology, enabling the hearing aids to communicate with each other in real time. This enhances speech clarity, particularly in noisy environments, and provides a more natural, balanced listening experience.
Marvel rechargeable (R) models provided a full day of hearing, including streaming, with simple overnight charging.
Additional features included compatibility with the myPhonak app for remote adjustments and support, as well as RogerDirect technology, which allows direct streaming from Roger microphones to improve hearing performance over distance and in noise.
Although now superseded by newer platforms, the Phonak Audeo Marvel remains a highly regarded solution, known for its reliability, connectivity, and well-balanced sound performance.
